It’s a planner, it’s a journal, it’s ART!
Last month I discovered the Documented Life Planner by the Art 5 gals and though I was several months late starting the project I decided to dive in and go for it. I am having a blast! I love to plan, I love to write and I love to create art – now I am doing all 3 in one binder.
Just think “mad scientist” but then put the genealogist, journalist, artist spin on it and that is what I have become. It’s like record keeping in living color. My studio table is in complete chaos – stamps and ink, paint and brushes, paper and scissors and glitter and the list goes on.
Every week is a new adventure, plus I am still playing catch-up from the previous months.
Week 20 was about using your rubber stamps in a creative way. It was also Mother’s Day week and our annual trip to the nursery – the only kind I see these days – to buy flowers and plants. My mind was on the kids – who have all flown the coop – and the garden.
Week 5 A catch-up page, was inspired by Joanne Fink’s Zenspirations. A friend recently shared her art work with me and I’ve discovered it is a wonderfully relaxing art form.
